Getting started
Apply styles is a module in the Table Tools utility of the Legal Productivity Suite for Microsoft Word by Craftware Solutions LLC. It automates the application of up to four built-in or user-created styles for the (1) header row cell(s), (2) text column cell(s), (3) data cell(s) and (4) cell(s) that are both in the header row and text column (i.e., intersection cells).
This module allows you to apply styles in a table. You can ensure consistency if you're working in a document with a lot of tables since the same style selections can be recycled throughout the document. If you're performing cleanup, you can remove styles from tables by selecting Microsoft Word's Normal style for each of the four sections.

Table information
Instructs the module how your table is structured so styles are applied to the appropriate cells.
Specifies the text column of the table. Leaving the text column as "1" is sufficient for most tables; however, if you have content in the leftmost column(s) that you do not want to be styled, then adjust this option to indicate the first column to be styled.
Instructs the workflow how header row(s) should be determined.
Uses the header row(s) that are currently applied to the table being styled.
Allows you to specify the number of rows that should be formatted as Microsoft Word header rows. These rows will repeat if the table spans across multiple pages.
Styles
Allows for granular control over which four table sections are styled. Check the table sections you would like to style and select a corresponding style.
Applies the selected style to the table row(s) formatted as headers.
Applies the selected style to the text column cell(s) that intersect with the header row(s).
Applies the selected style to the cell(s) in the specified text column.
Applies the selected style to the cell(s) that are neither included in the header row(s) nor the text column(s).
