Overview

Blank financial tables is a module in the Table Tools utility of the Legal Productivity Suite for Microsoft Word by Craftware Solutions LLC. It allows you to select from a listing of various tables found in a United States Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Templates

Lists the different tables for you to select from. Each listing has an accompanying photograph depicting the table's structure. Pressing the green button next to each option will insert the table at the cursor position.

Two-column table

Inserts a two column financial table. The single data column is 1".

Three-column table

Inserts a three column financial table. The two data columns are 1" each.

Four-column table

Inserts a four column financial table. The three data columns are 0.9" each.

Five-column table

Inserts a five column financial table. The four data columns are 0.9" each.

Six-column table

Inserts a six column financial table. The five data columns are 0.8" each.

Seven-column table

Inserts a seven column financial table. The six data columns are 0.7" each.

Registration fee table

Inserts a three-column table with double underline top and bottom borders. This table is typically found on the cover page of the filing.

Summary table

Inserts a two-column table. This table typically consists of various terms used in the filing and generally appears before the risk factors section.

Portfolio company table

Inserts a table for portfolio companies to be listed. The content in header rows should be changed to suit your filing in assisting investors evaluate risk and strategy.

Fund management table

Inserts a table for management members, trustees, etc. to be listed.

Signatories table

Inserts a three-column table with placeholders for five signatories. This table is typically found at the end of the filing.
